Intro to KSBC
The Intro to KSBC class is meeting today during the 9:30 ABF hour in the sanctuary and will continue through the month of February.

Reliable Men
Join us at 6:30 AM on Saturday in the Ministry Center for Reliable Men.  Contact Darrin Wilcoxson with questions.

Easter Lilies
If you would like to purchase Easter lilies in honor of or in memory of someone, please sign up at the Welcome Desk.  The cost is $6.80 per plant, and we request that you pay on or before March 2nd.  You can pay at the church office or put it in an offering envelope marked with your name and “Easter lilies” and put it in an offering plate or hand to an usher.

Advisory Council
Packets are available in your box for the meeting this Tuesday.

Beth Chapman’s Bridal Shower

Join us for Bethany Chapman’s bridal shower on Sunday, February 24th, at 12:15 PM.  Please RSVP at the Welcome Center if you plan on coming.  Beth and Karl are registered at Bed, Bath and Beyond, Sears and Macy’s.

Annual Chili Cook Off
The annual Chili Cook Off is scheduled for March 2 at 6:00 PM, following Family Gathering.  Men, if you want to compete, be sure to sign up in your ABF or at the Welcome Desk.  There are also spots available to bring a chili or soup, bread, and desserts to round out the meal.  Contact the church office with questions.

You’re Invited!
Together with their families, Eva Conrad and Matthew Best invite you to share in the joy and celebration of their marriage on Saturday, March 15th at 1:30 PM.  They will be joining together at KSBC with a reception immediately following at the church.  Please R.S.V.P. by March 1st, 2008.

Lantern Festival
The Lantern Festival is a Chinese Holiday two weeks after the Lunar New Year, marked by parades with colorful paper lanterns, family get-togethers, riddles and a special sweet dumpling dessert.  For several years we have used the Lantern Festival as an occasion to bring international students to our church to enjoy our hospitality.  This year we are holding our Lantern Festival Party on Friday, February 22nd at 6:00 PM.  You can be involved in three ways: pray for this event, help with food service or be a table host and help the students at your table feel welcomed.  Please contact Dana Gottfried if you can help or if you would like more information.
