Intro to KSBC
The Intro to KSBC class is meeting today during the 9:30 ABF hour in the sanctuary and will continue through the month of February. Even if you haven’t signed up, you can still come!
Eva Conrad’s Bridal Shower
Ladies, you are all invited to attend Eva Conrad’s Bridal Shower Sunday, February 10, immediately following the second service in the Ministry Center. Eva and Matt are registered at Wal-Mart and Bed, Bath & Beyond.
Basketball with Pastor Whipple
Kids from 2nd-5th grade are invited to come play basketball with and get tips from Pastor Whipple on Saturdays in February from 9:00-10:00 AM. Parents are encouraged to stay and watch, as well as mingle with and reach out to any families from the neighborhood that attend.
Free Child Care!
The college students are providing child care at the church for the Harvesters’ Iron Chef competition next Saturday, February 16, from 4:00-7:30 PM. However, anyone who would like to take advantage of free babysitting is welcome to drop their kids off! If you’d like to sign up or get more information, contact Brianna Vess. (Please note that we will only be providing a snack for the kids to eat—we’ll let you take care of dinner.)
Food and Drinks in Sanctuary

Annual Chili Cook Off
The annual Chili Cook Off is scheduled for March 2 at 6:00 PM, following Family Gathering. Men, if you want to compete, be sure to sign up in your ABF or at the Welcome Desk. There are also spots available to bring a chili or soup, bread, and desserts to round out the meal. Contact the church office with questions.
Beth Chapman’s Bridal Shower
Join us for Bethany Chapman’s bridal shower on Sunday, February 24th, at 12:15 PM. Please RSVP at the Welcome Center if you plan on coming. Beth and Karl are registered at Bed, Bath and Beyond, Sears and Macy’s.
High School Guys’ Night
This night of tackle football, night games, and other manly activities begins at 6:00 PM at the Intramural Fields at Purdue. Dinner will be provided. Please bring $5 to help cover expenses. Parents, you can pick up your teen at 10:00 AM Saturday at the Magnuson’s house. If you have any questions, please contact Jesse Magnuson.
High School Girls’ Night
This evening of swimming, girl talk and other fun girly activities begins at 6:00 PM at the church.. The cost is $5. Please eat dinner before you come, and bring a snack to share. Girls’ Night will conclude at the Promise Place at Purdue at 10:00 AM.
