Middle School Game Night
Middle School Students are invited to Jesse and Amber Magnuson’s house on Friday, November 30th from 6-9 PM for a Game Night! Bring games, a snack to share, and a friend or two. Call Jesse with questions.
Freeze Out Deadline
The deadline for High School students to register for Lake Ann’s Freeze Out is today! This retreat is January 4th-6th, and includes an opportunity to ski or snowboard in Michigan. Contact Jesse Magnuson for details.
Baptist Children’s Home Food Shower
Today is the last day to donate non-perishable food items for Baptist Children’s Home through next Sunday, November 18th. A detailed shopping list is available at the Welcome Desk in the foyer. The table for collecting the food is in the foyer as well.
The Wonder of Christmas
Christmas is always a busy time of year, where the reason we celebrate can easily be forgotten or simply pushed to the side in all the rush. Join us for “The Wonder of Christmas” to help focus on the Savior of the World, even in the midst of the busy season. There will be three opportunities to come to the program: December 8th and 9th, at 6:30 each evening. A reception will follow in the Ministry Center.
College Students
Marty and Brenda Dittmar invite the college students over to their home for an early Thanksgiving meal at 1:00 PM today. If you have questions, contact Marty.
Poinsettias
If you would like to purchase a poinsettia to dedicate to or give in memory of a loved one, please sign up at the Welcome Center. We are offering two sizes: a 6 1/2 inch pot for $6.45 or a 7 1/2 inch pot for about $15.29. Please indicate which size you prefer on the sign up sheet. The deadline for signing up is next Sunday, November 25th.
Offering Envelopes
Each year the church provides numbered offering envelopes for those interested in receiving a yearly giving statement for tax purposes. If you do not currently have offering envelopes and would like to have your own set, please contact Maureen Ramsey as soon as possible: mramsey@ksbc.net. The new envelopes will be available December 16th.
