Annoucements for the week of June 10

High School Small Group
Small group is at Jesse and Amber Magnuson’s house tonight.

Praying Together for the Ministries at KSBC
Every week during our Wednesday night prayer meeting, we learn about a particular ministry at KSBC and then pray corporately for God to work.  This week’s prayer focus will be the SLCF International Ohio Trip.

Pastor Depue
Please continue to pray for Tim Depue, our new Associate Pastor, and his family as they transition to Lafayette the first week of July.  Pray for the sale of their home in New York and direction to a home here.
Foundation Verse 37
“And do not forget to do good and to share with others.”            – Hebrews 13:16a

Coffee and Craft
Please note, that there will not be any coffee and craft meetings during the summer months.

Volleyball/Ultimate Frisbee
The coed Volleyball-Ultimate Frisbee tournament is this Saturday, June 16th.  We need volunteers to help set up nets and man the registration, fruit, and water tables.  Please sign up at the Welcome Center in the foyer.  High school age and up are invited to participate in open practices hosted by the Purdue Men’s Ultimate Frisbee Club this Monday and Wednesday 5:30-7:30pm.  Practices are at the fields west of the Purdue West shopping center.  Questions? Contact Allan Schinckel.

Bethesda Team
June 11, the Bethesda Team leaves from O’Hare Airport at 5:22 p.m.  We need your prayers for effective ministry.  Pray for the team that: our travel goes smoothly, our passports are in hand, for team unity, for safety and good health during our ministry, that we accomplish much for Bethesda, that we encourage the Bethesda staff, and that God would work in our lives.  Pray, too, that our remaining support will come in.  We still need about $4,000 to fully fund the team.  The team returns June 24th.

Youth Newsletters
To find out what’s been going on in our youth group and what their summer plans are, pick up a copy of the KSBC Youth Newsletter at the Welcome Desk.

City-Wide Night of Worship
June 10 is the TEAMM sponsored city-wide night of worship at the Long Center downtown 7-9pm.  A freewill offering will be taken to benefit the needs of our community.
